LibraryClipArt.com images are the valuable property of Christine A. Olson and Chris Olson & Associates. You may use the graphics or slightly modify them for your personal, non-commercial professional, internal, editorial, and client projects, including printed materials, advertisements, packaging, presentations, video, online, or multimedia projects. You may not sell them or add them to a graphics collection.

For electronic and/or multimedia communications (e.g. presentations, training programs, video and web page design) the images must be at a resolution no greater than 640 x 480 at 72 dpi. The images must be both decorative in nature and must not be the primary value or purpose of the production. For example, you may incorporate the image as a decorative element on a web page but you may not use the image in an application program where the image represents the primary value (i.e, screen saver).

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CHRISTINE A. OLSON AND CHRIS OLSON & ASSOCIATES . BY DOWNLOADING AN IMAGE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF YOUR EMPLOYER, THE LICENSE GRANTED AND RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS RECITED HEREIN APPLY TO YOUR EMPLOYER AS WELL AS TO YOU AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR EMPLOYER. SHOULD YOU CEASE WORKING FOR YOUR EMPLOYER, YOUR EMPLOYER MAY CONTINUE TO OPERATE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

GRANT OF LICENSE.

Christine A. Olson grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and slightly modify the downloaded images subject to the restrictions listed below. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or grant any rights to any images downloaded, or any compilation, derivative or collective work containing such images to any other person or organization without prior written permission of Christine A. Olson.

• This license agreement DOES PERMIT the following uses of the images:
  You may use these images in your personal, non-commercial professional, internal, editorial and client projects including printed materials, advertisements, packaging, presentations, trade books, video, on-line or multimedia projects. For electronic and/or multimedia communications (e.g. presentations, training programs, video and web page design) the images must be at a resolution no greater than 640 X480 at 72 dpi. The images must be both decorative in nature and must not be the primary value or purpose of the production. For example, you may incorporate the image(s) as a decorative element on a coffee cup but you may not use the image(s) as the primary motivation for someone buying the coffee cup.
  
  
• This license agreement DOES NOT PERMIT the following uses of the image(s).
  
  You may not use or copy the downloaded image(s), or any part thereof and/or the written materials accompanying the images except as permitted by this agreement.
  
  You may not use or permit the use of the image(s), or any part thereof, as a trademark or service mark, or claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the image(s) or any part thereof.
  
  You may not use, or allow anyone else to use any of these images to create pornographic, libelous, obscene or defamatory images.
  
  You may not post or permit the posting of any image(s) to any electronic resource, or put the images online in a downloadable format without the express written permission of Christine A. Olson.
  
  You may not sell or distribute any image or images, as stock files, in any size or format, either alone or as part of a stock file library.
  
  You may not use, or allow others to use the images with major changes (e.g. as derivative works) unless expressly allowed by Christine A. Olson or Chris Olson & Associates.
  
  You may not use or permit the use of the images, or any part thereof, including derivative works, in the production of any product with commercial use including but not limited to products for resale.

Using downloaded image(s) in a way not covered or specifically prohibited by this agreement without prior written consent from Christine A. Olson is a violation of United States copyright law and International Treaty provisions. This license is in force until it is terminated. If you do not comply with the terms and conditions above, this license automatically terminates.

COPYRIGHT.

All digital image files downloaded with the LibraryClipArt.com name are owned by Chris Olson & Associates and Christine A. Olson, and are protected by the United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No title to or intellectual property rights to the images are transferred to you. Chris Olson & Associates and Christine A. Olson retains all rights not expressly granted by this license agreement.

GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL PROVISIONS.

This License is the entire agreement and supersedes any other agreement or discussions, oral or written and may not be changed except by a written signed agreement. This License shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules. This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If any provision of this License is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be severed from the License and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that the downloaded digital images will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms.
